Most sites are completed within 2–4 weeks. The timeline depends on how quickly we receive your content, images, feedback, and our team’s availability. If you’re ready with everything we need, we can often launch in as little as two weeks.

No. The subscription plan includes a site that remains TechSteps’ property. This keeps monthly pricing low and ensures we can keep your site updated and supported. You will, however, keep your domain name and any content or assets you provided.

Yes. Whether you purchased it or we registered it on your behalf, your domain is yours. If you cancel your plan, we’ll transfer it to you so you can use it elsewhere.

Your site is hosted on Squarespace, not on TechSteps-owned servers. Even if we were unavailable, your website would remain live, and you could take over the subscription directly with Squarespace. We also document key site settings and provide export options if you need to make changes outside our service.

Send an email to hello@techsteps.org. Your request will go into our ticketing system, where our team will review it, complete the update, and mark it resolved. You’ll get confirmation when it’s done, usually within 1–2 business days for standard edits.
